Vessel Bamboo ChopChop Cutting Tray

Vessel’s getting greener by the minute. Candela’s rechargeable batteries are now removable for easier recycling, and now the Fusionware cutting tray comes in a bamboo version. Why isn’t it called a cutting board? ’Cause it’s actually two boards (two sets are pictured), each with a dished middle on one side, so the same set can be used for both cutting and serving (the pieces are “as happy together as they are apart”). That means fewer dishes to wash, which saves water. And, of course, fast-growing bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials around. $80 USD ::vessel [by KK]
