Martín Corujo's Lamps

It's hard to top the Solar Powered Wallpaper, but we have to move on... Since eco design is not very developed here at Buenos Aires, it's always encouraging to meet new people giving it a go. We found these beautiful, yet, kind of strange lamps at Puro Diseño fair, recently held in this city. They're made by designer Martín Corujo with parts of objects he recycles, and he treats every one of them almost like works of art, giving old stuff the status of antique. The designer can be reached by mail.[by Paula Alvarado, from Buenos Aires]
