"Greener Choices" by Consumer Reports

I was thinking these fellows should do this — Consumer Reports has launched a new web site called "Greener Choices" where they review products with a "greener" sensibility. Most of the regular Consumer Reports I have read do not factor eco-efficiency into their criteria. The site launch will begin with a dozen products across several categories including: electronics, appliances, home & garden, autos and food. A "green ratings" section, starting with eight products, will rank a product’s energy, water and fuel efficiency performance and other factors — especially where Consumer Reports' testing offers more comprehensive and accurate information than standard environmental claims made on products, such as Energy Star. :: Consumer Reports' GreenerChoices.Org [by Justin Thomas]
