Time Off Folding Electric Bike by Panasonic

by TreeHugger on 03.28.05
Cars & Transportation

pana fold bike.jpgPanasonic has introduced a new folding electric bicycle, called the Off Time. It’ll fit in your trunk, and also a great option for traveling by train or boat, since you can take it with you, and easily. Plus you get the benefit of motorized transport without all that mucky pollution. Need exercise? Just pedal. Off Time uses a lithium-ion battery, which is said to last about two-and-a-half hours. Want more? Check out the Folding Electric Bike Web page, with reviews and manufacturer links for half a dozen bikes. Electric Vehicles Northwest has got some good info, too. Way cool!
