The way we see it two things are wrong with the world: People don't get nearly enough exercise. Personal electronics are generating larger and larger energy needs every year. There must be a way to solve these... Well, fret not crew. Philip Torrone of Hack-A-Day fame is on the case. His oh-so-crude prototype people-powered iPod shuffle marries one of those science fair crank dynamos with the tiny MP3 wonder in order to burn calories while jamming to tunes.
