Stumbled upon at Cafe La Clandestina (bohemian joint with good chai. Viladecols 2 in Ciutat Vella, Barcelona). Great design and I am sure a ton of other possibilities exist for you DIYers out there. TreeHugger recommends throwing a yellowish CFL in there and to either lower them so you can't see inside them or add a panel in the base.
