Planning a trip to San Francisco? A celebrity-designed eco-suite at Hotel Triton might be a change from the Bates Motel. Celeb designs room; eco-charity gets 10% of the nightly rate; you get a cool place to sleep. We’re not sold on all the celebs’ design choices, but Woody’s Oasis could be a good bet – Oasis Preserve International, a conservation charity, benefits...
...from his suite. The hotel’s got a full plan to reduce waste, spanning from eco-sound cleaning products (like those from Seventh Generation or Method) to washable teaspoons in place of disposable stirrers. Andy Dick and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have also designed suites, and Danny Seo’s got one in the works, too. ::Hotel Triton [by KK]
