Peter Danko Spyder Table

We only just recently ran a chair designed by Peter Danko, but we liked his style and eco-thinking so much, that we can't resist posting yet another piece. The Spyder table, with graceful bent-ply legs, is availale in multiple sizes and with a glass or wood top. We love that it's both a throwback to mid-century modern design and an homage to contemporary thinking; like everything from Danko/Persing, it's eco-sensitive. A four-legged version features a mitered four-way finger joint; the three-legged versions, like the one seen here, use mortise-and-tenon joinery. ::Danko/Persing [by MO]

Hey,
Thanks for showing my work,
I'm curious, have you made any sales?
have fun!
Peter Danko
I love the trefoil shape of the glass top and the bowed out legs. Why? Because it is reminiscent of my TRYST stool! I feel inspired and energised when I find the shapes of my work part of a family. harmonic@tsn.cc
