How cool is this? The regional government of Portland, Ore. is responsible for the area’s waste disposal. As part of their goal to recycle as much as possible, these west-coast brainiacs built a top-notch paint-recycling facility. Collected paint is inspected, sorted and blended into high-quality new paint appropriate for interior and exterior use. Available in 5-gallon containers in a limited range of colors. And get this: It’s wicked cheap--only $30/5 gallon pail. Unfortunately, they only sell locally. But if you live in Oregon, get on it! $30 ::Environmental Building Supplies
