Invisible Lounge

3form is banking on the public demand for its fashion-forward resins—a fave of design cognoscetti and the hoi poloi alike—by breaking into the furniture market. Its first collection, masterminded by design collaborative k_now (yes, the name is superpretentious, but whatever—they’re French), was launched to great acclaim at this year’s ICFF. The sleek line currently includes chairs, a table, a divider, and the fluid Pratt lounge, whose sinuous profile is formed from EcoResin, boasting 40 percent recycled content. Chose from a variety of colors and textures—3form’s options are virtually endless. And you can rest easy—a slim felt headrest offers a bit of cosseting. [by jen renzi] ::What's New at 3Form
