Cricket Chair: New from Danko Persing

Loyal TreeHugger readers might recognize the style of this chair as the work of sustainable super-designers Danko Persing. It's been some time since we last featured them (our last sightings were this table and this rocking chair), so we sure are excited to see the new Cricket Chair. The seat and back are made from ultra-efficient ply-bent wood, and rest on rubber recycled from automotive tires. The tubes respond and react to the movements of the person seated in the chair, resulting in reduced static fatigue. The chair is made from non-toxic, water-based adhesives and is available in eight different colors, exclusively through Vivavi for US $499. ::The Cricket Chair
