Kristen Wiig's Global Breathing Initiative Will End Climate Change (Video)

Funny or Die/Video screen capture

SNL's Kristen Wiig has big plans for combatting global warming. Watch:

And what a coincidence: Earlier today, I remarked upon Mitt Romney's most recent plunge into climate denial. In an attempt to appear folksy, the presidential candidate said, "Now I know there is also a movement to say that carbon dioxide should be guided or should be managed by the Environmental Protection Agency. I disagree with that.I exhale carbon dioxide. I don’t want those guys following me around with a meter to see if I’m breathing too hard.”

Perhaps the two can collaborate! After all, the character Kristen Wiig portrays in the sketch and the one Mitt Romney portrays on the campaign trail appear to have a similar intellectual capacity.

The Wiig sketch is comprised of outtakes from a longer, equally funny skit featuring Ben Stiller, Matt Damon, Sean Penn, Bill Clinton, and others. Watch that one here.
