The I.D. Magazine - TreeHugger Umbrella Inside Out competition is serving as a clever campaign to re-imagine discarded umbrellas as a worthy source material for fashion forward designers. Given that in the U.S. alone the annual umbrella sales tally falls at around 33 million, chances are that there are more than enough tossed brollies for the competitors to work with.
