Before you send any vagrant plastic bags you've accumulated off to be recycled, you can glean some decorative use out of them. First, scrunch up a particularly colorful bag lengthwise into a long strip, and then fold that strip in half lengthwise twice. Secure the middle with a piece of tape or rubber band. Finally, use a sharp pair of scissors to cut a 1/2-inch piece off each end, then fluff out and display your new posy in an interesting container. ::Country HomeDifficulty level: Easy
