TreeHuggerForever could use some help:

I'm a baker and am trying to buy more organic ingredients. Cost is definitely an issue for me, so I am trying to only choose organic where it's necessary (not all foods need to be organic.) I know eggs should be organic or at least cage free. But what about flour, sugar and milk (my main staples) Any cheap organic brands? Do all these things need to be organic?
