One of the more frustrating things about being politically liberal and employed in the nuclear power industry is possessing the knowledge that they are the most non-polluting large base load power plants in existence while observing the derision nuclear power receives from the green community. One must accept the fact that large base load power plants are essential due to the large amounts of energy our society consumes...Yet there continues to be strong resistance to building new nuclear plants. Go green! Go nuclear!
