The 4-Part Plan to Manage Climate Change

Dave Roberts writes over at Grist: "We are not going to solve climate change. That's not pessimism -- it's just not the kind of thing that can be "solved." It's already underway." So, he suggests we figure out how to 'manage it' -- via a combination of mitigation, adaptation, and suffering. And then he puts together a pretty convincing 4-step plan on how we might do that best in order to minimize the suffering -- it includes pricing carbon, investing in infrastructure, and pushing clean energy R&D.; Read the whole prescription here.
