If one needed any more proof that environmental issues are going mainstream in America as well as Canada and the UK, look at Arnold's inauguration- it was carbon neutral. Electricity was supplied by a generator powered by "bovine biogas"- methane extracted from manure, a second generator powered by soybean oil biodiesel, and a 3 kilowatt solar array. Offsets were purchased from a local forest for the balance.
