6th Annual Memorial Ride and Walk in NYC (Video)

In Memoriam
Yesterday, Bonnie wrote an excellent post about the very sad and touching memorial ride in remembrance of cyclists and pedestrians who died in New York City last year. Check it out for more context, and go to the Street Memorial Project website to support these awareness-raising events. The video above is from our friend Elizabeth at Streetfilms. It shows the ride/walk and the signs and ghost bikes that were left behind to honor those that have fallen (151 pedestrians and 18 bicyclists were killed on the streets of New York City in 2010).
