This is perhaps the most inane article about cycling I have ever read. Two women, clearly having a good time, in a bike lane, are doing what people do, enjoying life on their bikes. "“It is outrageous to see behaviour like this still happening on our roads,” Sen-Sgt Young said."

Olympic gold medal cyclist and Gold Coast active travel ambassador Sara Carrigan said the behaviour of the two women was “disappointing” and tarnished the image of all cyclists. I feel a bit disappointed. We have to respect the rules so cyclists have respect on the roads. This doesn’t bode well for cyclists.”
