Did Your City Make the Cut?
Bicycle Magazine has compile a list of the top 50 bike-friendly cities in the United States. Their only restrictions were: Cities with populations of more than 100,000, with a vibrant and diverse bike culture, and it must have smart, savvy bike shops. They also "strove for geographical diversity to avoid having a list dominated by California's many bike-oriented cities". The #1 on the list is an interesting choice. Probably not the first city that most of us think about when we think "bike-friendly".
