TreeHugger Reports on Vanity Fair Photo Shoot for Upcoming Green Issue

TreeHugger's founder, Graham Hill, was honored to be selected for a group enviro shoot for the upcoming Vanity Fair green issue! It was shot this week by the lovely, talented and all around cool Mark Seliger. The shoot was quite fun and to top it off, Graham got the chance to meet up and talk shop with some green entrepreneur brethren. They were:

1) Chip Giller of Grist.org. Grist features green news via email and their site. Grist is 6 1/2 years old, hundreds of thousands of readers strong and still building momentum. Chip was passionate, had a great dry wit and yes, did look best with stubble.

2) Laurie David of stopglobalwarming.org. Close to 300,000 strong, Laurie's virtual march on Washington still needs 700,000 more! Get on over there! Laurie is a true environmental machine and a joy to be around. I'm scared to take off her stopglobalwarming bracelet in case I bump into her... and that's the kind of personality we need more of. Thanks for the drinks!

3) Jen Boulden and Heather Stephenson of IdealBite.com. Hot, energetic and very fun, we can understand how these 2 dynamos have so quickly built a large newsletter audience around their useful, daily green tips. Heck, Jen can even ride an electonic bull!

TreeHugger looks forward to meeting up in person with other North American cats like Worldchanging, ZeroFootprint, Care2, Inhabitat and many more. Onwards and upwards....
